Job Description
1. Follow company regulations and procedures strictly, carry out safety procedures and requirement strictly.
严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施。
2. Understood HSE & Fire-fighting hazard within his position and at workplace. To implement position safety responsibility strictly. To protect and use correctly for all kinds of safety equipment, PPEs.
了解工作场所和本岗位职业卫生、安全、环保及消防等危害因素，严格落实岗位安全责任。正确配戴使用、保管各种劳保用品、器具和职业病防护设施。
3. Know and attend the emergency treatment measures, to strengthen the ability on accident prevention and emergency response.
了解事故应急处理措施，参加应急预案演练，增强事故预防和应急处理能力。
4. Be responsible for the management of infrastructure on site, mechanic, E&I, rotating machine, process pipes etc. to satisfy the safety requirement. Establish and maintain the management procedures on equipment modification, maintenance, and inspection (such as: reliability procedure, MI procedure, legal special equipment management procedure, etc.). Establish their daily and overhaul plan and organize the implementation, to ensure their reliability and Mechanical Integrity.
负责整个装置机械设备的预防性保养、日常检修、停车检修及大修，确保可靠性和机械完整性。
5. Sets up and optimizes Function Location, Equipment, BOM, etc. in SAP system, and implements equipment identification and develop maintenance strategy.
依照操作手册、API/ASME、GB等规范、结合实际经验，制定机械设备的预防性保养和预知性保养计划，供维修技术员使用，并在实际工作中不断优化
6. Implement equipment identification and maintenance strategy, sets up PM, lube plan, and vibration management, FMEA. Leads RCA for equipment failure and emergency incidents.
执行设备的重要性识别和维修策略制定，制定动设备的润滑和振动管理计划，执行FMEA，主导机械设备故障的Trouble Shooting、应急处置和事故的RCA分析。
7. Cooperate with ME teams of Albemarle headquarter and brother-plants to set up and continually improve Reliability and MI working system.
与总部或其它工厂的ME团队合作，建立和推进维修部的可靠性和机械完整性体系，建立机械设备的保养和检修方面的程序文件。
8. Create and improve related SOPs linked with Safety, Environment, Quality, and other requirements.
基于工厂的安全、环境、质量体系等的要求，新建和优化SOP。
9. To organize and implement the audit for process facilities, set up corrective actions for potential failure or risk.
组织定期到现场实施机械设备的定期检查，对设备存在的事故隐患须及时组织力量整改。
10. Track and support maintenance KPI improvement, support maintenance Opex budget and Capex budget control. Responses to documentation management and repair history record and keeping.
跟踪和支持维修部门的KPI指标，支持维修费用Opex和项目Capex的控制，负责机械设备文档管理和设备维修履历记录和保存。
11. Response to some projects implement and give technical support to project team.
负责部分技改项目的实施，并为项目团队提供技术支持。
12. Plan the model and specification of mechanical spare parts, and determine the reasonable inventory of spare parts according to the production and operation rhythm;
负责确定机械类备品备件名称型号和规格，根据生产运营节奏确定备品备件的合理库存量；
13. Organize and carry out staff training on mechanical equipment and pipping system, guide post skill training of mechanical workshop, coordinate EHS department to carry out operation qualification certification and re certification of special equipment operators;
组织开展有关机械设备与管道系统的员工培训工作，指导机械车间的岗位技能培训工作，协调EHS部门开展特种设备操作人员的作业资格取证和复证工作；
14. Implementation of other works arranged by leader.
完成上级安排的其它工作。
