• Job/Position Description岗位综述：l

该岗位任职者负责原辅料装卸车操作。对职责区域内设备巡检，能及时发现问题及汇报处理。能及时有效的完成工作任务。

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the loading and unloading of raw materials and auxiliary materials. He/she can inspect the equipment in the area of ​​responsibility, find problems in time and report them for handling. He/she can complete work tasks in a timely and effective manner.

• Responsibilities岗位职责

严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施。熟悉掌握原辅料装卸车SOP，具备应急处置能力。熟悉槽罐车化学品装卸车流程，保持与地磅、装置操作人员等沟通。入厂后，负责槽罐车辆安全检查，及出入厂路径管理。负责监督司机和押运员的PPE穿戴、作安全等。有权利制止人员、车辆一切不安全行为或状态。熟悉所接触的化学品MSDS，懂得使用敌腐特灵。具备Security scan、JSA分析能力 做好现场5S工作。完成生产运营部对本岗位的KPI指标，完成上级安排的其它工作。

Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, and conscientiously implement the company's safety procedures and various safety measures. Be familiar with the SOP for loading and unloading raw and auxiliary materials, and have emergency response capabilities. Be familiar with the process of loading and unloading chemicals in tank trucks, and maintain communication with scales, equipment operators, etc. After entering the factory, be responsible for the safety inspection of tank vehicles and the management of entry and exit routes. Responsible for supervising the PPE wearing and work safety of drivers and escorts. Have the right to stop all unsafe behaviors or conditions of personnel and vehicles. Be familiar with the MSDS of chemicals you come into contact with, and know how to use Diphoterine. Have the ability to perform Security scan and JSA analysis. Do a good job in on-site 5S work. Complete the KPI indicators of the Production Operations Department for this position, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors

• Qualifications岗位要求

1.学历及专业按照雅保集团要求；Educational background and majors are in accordance with the requirements of Albemarle Group

2.有叉车驾驶证；Have a forklift driver's license

3.有化工厂工作经验，有液体、固体槽罐车装卸车操作经验优先。Experience working in a chemical plant, experience in loading and unloading liquid and solid tank trucks is preferred

4.良好的安全意识，有JSA分析能力。具备一般化工设备操作技能。工作态度积极，乐于沟通，工作风格认真严谨，结果导向。Good safety awareness and JSA analysis ability. Possess general chemical equipment operation skills. Positive work attitude, willing to communicate, serious and rigorous work style, result-oriented
