SUSTAINABLE OPERATIONS

Dialogue + Sustainability + Social Value

The lithium reserves of the Salar de Atacama are located in areas of heritage and cultural importance, among the indigenous communities that have inhabited the area for thousands of years and we have the responsibility not only to collaborate to preserve their traditions, but also to generate shared value.

We know that the eyes of the world are on how we do things.

We are committed to the production of sustainable lithium for the world, a product with high added value that is essential to move from the use of fossil fuels to electromobility. That is why we speak of a "just transition", that is, that this step must be done with dialogue with the communities, with absolute respect for the environment and generating development for the places where we operate.

This is put into practice in all our actions, in the way we relate to indigenous communities, in respect for the environment through a sustainable and collaborative operation, and in the conviction of the necessary generation of shared value through common visions and future that are built with all our stakeholders.

We work to have safe operations and all our actions revolve around continuous improvement and the discovery of innovative and sustainable solutions. We are committed to the future of our productive sources, respecting the ecosystem and the communities with which we interact in the Antofagasta Region.
