Job Description

[Albemarle] is hiring for a [Sales Support Specialist]. This position is [ in-office and located in [Seoul, South Korea].

What You Will Do

  • Sales Administration & Order Processing
    - Support he sales team with documentation, quotations, and contract processing.
    - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring data integrity
    - Process sales orders on a support basis, ensuring alignment with logistics teams.
    - Coordinate with supply chain and logistic to resolve order-related sales
  • Internal Sales Team Coordination
    - Act as the first point of contact for internal inquiries related to sales process
    - Track and follow up on key sales activities to ensure timely execution
    - Support leadership in managing concurrent sales-related tasks and meetings
  • Data & Reporting Management
    -
    Maintain and analyze sales performance data, generating insights for the sales team.
    - Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
    - Manage customer and market data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency
    - Identify bottlenecks in sales operations and propose solutions for improved efficiency.
    - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common sales support functions.
    - Support digital transformation initiatives related to CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Sales Enablement & Presentation Support
    -
    Coordinate with Marketing to update and refine sales-related presentations.
    - Create and refine high-quality sales presentations and reports.
    - Maintain and update templates, case studies, and key sales collateral.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP

  • Strong presentation creation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
