Job Description
This position holder responsible for maintaining production equipment availability and performance at satisfactory levels through the planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting of repair activities. Assure resources are available and adequate to complete these tasks.

Job/Position Description:
This position holder responsible for maintaining production equipment availability and performance at satisfactory levels through the planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting of repair activities. Assure resources are available and adequate to complete these tasks.
该岗位任职者负责维修任务的计划、安排、协调、跟踪和报告，以保持生产设备的可用性和良好性能状态；并确保完成以上任务的各类资源充足可靠。
Responsibilities岗位职责
1. Follow corporate regulations and procedures strictly, Carry out corporate safety procedures and safety systems strictly.
严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施。
2. Understood HSE & Fire-fighting hazard with in his/her position and at workplace. To implement position safety responsibility strictly. To protect and use all kinds of safety equipment. To correctly wear and use PPEs correctly.
了解工作场所和本岗位职业卫生、安全、环保及消防等危害因素，严格落实岗位安全责任。正确配戴使用、保管各种劳保用品、器具和职业病防护设施。
3. To understand the emergency treatment measures, to strengthen the ability on accident prevention and emergency response. be aware of his/her rights and duties in safety production.
参加应急预案演练，增强事故预防和应急处理能力。知悉自身在职业卫生安全生产方面的权利和义务。
4. Cooperate with operation department closely to plan and schedule daily, weekly, monthly, maintenance work, and track the actual progress to ensure their accomplishment, including the material, manpower needed in these tasks.
与生产部门和维修计划员密切协调，安排和确认日常维修的实际进展，协调人力和资源等确保工作的完成。
5. Besides of daily maintenance plan, responses to plan the shutdown work and turn around work with safety organization requirement, release these plans to teams.
在日常维修计划之外，负责编制装置不定期的生产线停车和年度大修计划和安全组织措施计划，下达安全检修任务
6. Master data: maintenance and management in system according to standard process

7. Develop and maintain equipment ledger and follow up the applying and data update.
设立设备台账并跟踪台账的应用和更新。
8. Support spare parts’ management, help to keep optimal stock of spare parts and materials and steer procurement requesting.
协助备品备件的管理，保持备件与物料的最佳库存并适时优化。
9. Make localized SAP maintenance process training material, organize local users and new users training.
编制本地化SAP维修相关培训文档，定期对本地用户培训及新增用户培训。
10. To track and monitor maintenance KPIs data, collect and statistic KPI data monthly, and support maintenance Opex budget and Capex budget.
负责跟踪和监控维修部门的KPI指标数据，并每月及时完成数据整理，部门年度预算支持、Capex跟踪和控制。
11. Support maintenance MI and Reliability work.
支持维修的机械完整性和可靠性工作。
12. Support the work of new project and modification project.
支持和协助新建和改造项目的工作
13. To assist on equipment failure, emergency response and accident investigation if concerned.协助参与设备故障、应急处置和事故的调查、分析、处理。
14. 排程员的主要职责是协调所有作业的执行，包括PM的。一旦材料可供执行，调度程序与OMC协商何时可以干预设备并执行每个作业。
然后计划者生成每周计划，其中包含每天要执行的作业。但是，每天都要核对时间表，检查是否有需要闯入的通宵情况，然后决定是否可以取消工作以分配资源以解决紧急情况或闯入。
排程员的职责是：

2，如果有任何需要闯入的情况，每天与 OMC 和执行主管协调。

要求Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
全日制本科以上学历，机电工程或电气类相关专业。
2. English communication capability as working language including reading documents, working e-mails, presentation, and daily communication.
能用英语作为工作语言沟通，包括阅读文件、工作邮件、汇报和日常交流。
3. Minimum five years maintenance planning experience in manufacturing site, high safety sense.
五年以上维修计划的工作经验；很高的安全意识。
4. Experienced in applying and data maintaining of maintenance system (SAP);
熟悉维修管理系统SAP的应用与数据维护。
5. Have the mindset and habit of predictive and planned working.
具备前瞻性、计划性的工作习惯和思维模式。
6. Skillful in MS Office package (Office, Excel, PPT and etc.), AUTOCAD, and etc.
熟练使用MS office办公软件（Office、Excel、PPT等）和AutoCAD等。
7. Must have “Can Do” attitude, be a good communicator, self-discipline and result oriented.
