Job Description

1. Responsible for the inspection and inspection of semi-finished products and finished products, and do a good job in data recording and summary analysis;

2. Carry out inspection marking of materials and products, isolate and investigate and deal with unqualified products;

3. Responsible for participating in monthly inventory of materials and products;

4. Responsible for on-site sampling, sample preparation, inspection and laboratory analysis, carefully prepare the original records of laboratory analysis, and correctly process and organize laboratory data;

5. You must be responsible for the data of the samples you analyze, fill in the laboratory report form correctly, and ensure that the items are filled in clearly, completely, and correctly;

6. Receive chemicals in accordance with relevant regulations, fill out the receipt registration, be familiar with the properties of chemicals, and operate and use them in strict accordance with safe operating procedures;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, applied chemistry and other related majors;

2. More than one year of laboratory analysis work experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;

3. Master the routine inspection methods and the operation and maintenance of common instruments and equipment such as ICP, atomic absorption, spectrophotometer;

4. Proficient in using MS office software (Office, Excel, PPT, etc.);
